He has launched and managed a highly regarded career coaching and development center for a Fortune 500 company. Mike has decades of experience leading enterprise-wide talent management and organizational development initiatives.

Arlene’s coaching is driven by her commitment to shift clients’ perspective, so they are more self-aware, realistic and responsible. Her secret to success for her clients is to show them how to get out of their own way, come to terms with their strengths and weaknesses, appreciate others’ differences and open their minds to new possibilities.

Mickey professes that it is important to change the way we view business. He encourages his clients to embrace innovative ideas, take risks, break down global barriers and be creative. This philosophy was Mickey’s mantra during his more than 40 years of experience as a corporate global business leader and coach.

Wendi Fast is an experienced professional who has been an independent consultant directing organizational development and training efforts for divisions of Fortune 500 companies for over 20 years.

Jewell is proud to work directly with High Five clients to help them fulfill their coaching needs. Jewell has worked with a varied range of clients and organizations and holds a journalism BA from San Diego State University.

Heidi is a trained and certified career coach with over 12 years experience helping individuals clarify career choices, develop strong resumes, and conduct successful job searches. She is also an expert in guiding U.S. veterans to successfully transition from military life to the civilian workforce.
